What Drives SuccessThe Ductless Program Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and segment financial performance of the ductless product portfolio. This role drives product innovation, pricing strategy, and market competitiveness while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. The position collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, operations, logistics, sales, marketing, and customers to deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate ADP products with Ductless OUM's to drive ADP's non-traditional split system offering.
- Oversee participation and management of products within local and federal incentive and rebate programs.
- Lead product benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with customer needs.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) processes by leading gate review meetings and securing approvals from key stakeholders.
- Own category financial performance, including pricing strategy, margins, and revenue for both existing and new products.
- Provide inputs for demand forecasting, operational planning, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards and regulations, including UL, ETL, DOE, and EPA requirements.
- Support sales team by participating in customer events and strategy meetings.
- Develop and manage technical documentation and marketing collateral to support pre- and post-sales activities.
What We Are Looking ForQualifications - 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in HVAC or ductless systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and product compliance requirements.

What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $112,000-147,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
