Role summary:

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Inventory Management to lead and oversee inventory operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The successful candidate will analyze data to drive efficiencies, manage profit and loss, and collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement. Providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to associates is essential, along with maintaining high standards of integrity and operational excellence to support Walmart's mission and values.
What you'll do:
  • Oversee inventory management operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support inventory plans and initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop associates by assigning duties, providing training, and promoting accountability.
  • Manage profit and loss related to inventory, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in inventory processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous enhancements.
  • Monitor returns, recalls, and debit memo processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Present inventory performance results and insights to senior leadership regularly.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
