Role summary:
The Manager, Advanced Analytics leads a team to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic and tactical business objectives. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced analytical models and solutions that address complex business challenges. The position requires strong project and stakeholder management skills to guide analytics initiatives from conception through execution. The manager fosters continuous learning and development within the team while ensuring alignment with company values and operational standards to drive measurable business impact and informed decision-making.
About the team:
The FC Capacity Planning team leads initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and cost objectives across fulfillment centers. Collaborating with senior leadership, the team develops data-driven strategies and advanced models to guide critical business decisions. They manage complex analytics projects, work cross-functionally, and implement innovative solutions to enhance processes. Focused on continuous learning and alignment with organizational goals, the team leverages predictive analytics and business insights to drive operational excellence. Their efforts enable informed decision-making and improve performance across the enterprise, contributing significantly to Walmart's mission.
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify key challenges and develop data-driven hypotheses and research plans.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics models and prototypes to support business objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform functional initiatives and decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
