Key Responsibilities- Gather and document EDD requirements for development teams.
- Support and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDDs prior to release.
- Collaborate with technical contacts and clients to ensure all EDD requirements are accurately met.
- Provide support for EDDs across various LIMS systems used in the USA.
- Identify and escalate EDD-related issues, translating them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Populate and maintain CRM mappings as required.
Qualifications & Requirements- ERPIMS Certification required.
- Completion of FUDSChem Training.
- Strong knowledge of USA environmental reporting standards and regulations.
- Experience working with LIMS systems and EDD workflows preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
