Role summary:
The (USA) Director, Business Strategy leads the development and execution of organizational vision through comprehensive market analysis and strategic planning. This role oversees change initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects to enhance business performance. By collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders, the Director drives strategy prioritization, resource allocation, and performance measurement. The position fosters a culture of continuous learning, integrity, and operational excellence while supporting talent development and stakeholder engagement to achieve sustainable business results aligned with company goals.
About the team:
The team leads the development and execution of Walmart Marketplace's global channel partner strategy, driving scalable growth across international markets. It collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes. Focused on strategic planning, change management, and process improvement, the team ensures consistent execution of initiatives that enhance partner adoption and marketplace expansion. This group values strong leadership, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making to support long-term business objectives and accelerate partner-led growth worldwide.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
