Your purpose at Stanley/StellaAs US Print-on-Demand Key Account Manager, you will lead the growth and development of Stanley/Stella's Print-on-Demand business across the United States.
Acting as the primary commercial owner of the channel, you will build and strengthen relationships with official dealers, strategic partners and key accounts while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth.
Combining business development, account management and strategic planning, you will play a key role in expanding Stanley/Stella's presence within the US Print-on-Demand ecosystem and delivering a premium experience to our partners.
Working closely with our European Print-on-Demand team and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance and Customer Excellence, you will help shape the future of one of Stanley/Stella's key growth channels.
Your role and impact Channel & Account Development - Define and execute the US Print-on-Demand commercial strategy in line with Stanley/Stella's growth ambitions and brand positioning
- Identify, recruit and develop new Print-on-Demand partners, official dealers and strategic accounts across the region
- Build and execute account plans that support customer growth, strengthen partnerships and unlock new business opportunities
- Lead regular business reviews focused on sales performance, profitability, service levels and growth initiatives
- Own sales and profitability targets and proactively implement actions to drive performance
US & European Collaboration - Partner closely with the European Print-on-Demand team to align account strategies, share market insights and ensure consistency across international partnerships
- Act as the voice of the US market, bringing customer feedback, trends and opportunities into global discussions
- Adapt global initiatives and strategic programs to maximize their impact in the US market
Market Presence & Relationship Building - Develop a strong network within the Print-on-Demand, decoration and apparel ecosystem
- Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customers, partners and industry influencers
- Represent Stanley/Stella at trade shows, industry events, customer meetings and networking opportunities
- Strengthen brand visibility and reinforce Stanley/Stella's position as a preferred partner within the market
Sales Planning, CRM & Business Performance - Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and account information within the CRM environment
- Deliver reliable sales forecasts and provide clear insights on performance drivers, risks and opportunities
- Leverage sales data, market intelligence and business insights to prioritize opportunities and optimize account performance
- Develop and monitor annual sales plans for the channel, strategic accounts and dealer network
Cross-Functional Execution - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance and Customer Excellence teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensure commercial commitments are aligned with inventory availability, operational capabilities and profitability objectives
- Support the development of customer-facing initiatives, co-branded programs and growth opportunities that strengthen demand and engagement
About you- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management within Print-on-Demand, promotional products, wholesale apparel or a related industry
- Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, recruiting channel partners and growing key accounts
- Experience managing account plans, sales pipelines and revenue targets
- Existing network within the Print-on-Demand, apparel decoration or promotional products ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing and evolving business environment
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the US (minimum 50%) and occasionally internationally
