Role Summary:

As an Americas Ethics Program Supervising Associate, you will play a key role in advancing ethics engagement and awareness across the firm through:
  • Executing an effective communication, training, and engagement strategy to support a culture of integrity and accountability
  • Managing framework activities to embed ethics into the rhythm of business with a shared vision throughout EY
  • Identifying and implementing modifications and enhancements to meet evolving priorities


You will work with executive-level personnel, train and mentor team members, and manage the effective day-to-day program operations. You will work independently, with periodic feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY's culture across the firm and highlight key ethics responsibilities
  • Independently and collaboratively create and design engaging learning and/or communications content for ethics initiatives, using a creative approach and human-centric tone to empower and educate employees on doing the right thing
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels within the firm, both in managing projects and review processes across multiple teams
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends in behavior and opportunities to enhance our culture and the Ethics Program
  • Implement strategies that advance the ethics framework and review the application of foundational elements
  • Stay informed about emerging knowledge and trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Identify topics for training presentations to communicate new developments (and their impact) to EY professionals and ECRM team members
  • Research and analyze the key requirements of firm policies and regulators' rules regarding ethics and integrity
  • Support annual regulatory processes (e.g. QC1000) and maintain documentation for compliance
  • Establish and implement project plans, including goals and measures. Follow up on all approved changes and enhancements to processes
  • Support and act as a liaison for technology enablement projects supporting ethics initiatives

  • Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to coordinate complex processes and multiple stakeholder groups

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job is:
    • New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $87,100 to $148,100
    • Bay Area California offices - $90,700 to $154,300
    • All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $72,600 to $135,700
  • Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
