The Position

This role is a valuable part of our US Supply Chain organization, which is committed to achieving our mission of delivering life-saving therapies to patients across the nation. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Quality, IT, Business Process, and Logistics. The Opportunity

As the US Distribution Executive Director, you are accountable for day-to-day operations and strategic oversight to ensure a safe, compliant, cost-effective, and resilient US Distribution Network that supports market demands and meets evolving customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Set and drive distribution strategy across a multi-node network, establishing US distribution as a competitive advantage to support commercial product strategies.
  • Provide people leadership and foster an engaged culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement using the Vision, Architect, Coach, Catalyst leadership model.
  • Oversee network performance to ensure full cGMP, safety, and regulatory compliance while consistently meeting operational and financial metrics (OTIF, budget, inventory accuracy).
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain resilience by orchestrating robust risk mitigation, DSCSA serialization compliance, and business continuity planning.
  • Optimize systems and interfaces (e.g., SAP TMS and EWM) in close partnership with IT, customer service, inventory planning, and logistics teams to improve ways of working.
  • Continuously evaluate, prioritize, and advise Senior Management on network-level risks and continuous improvement initiatives.


Who You Are
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a senior leader of senior leaders with enterprise-level impact, including experience as a Site Head of warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Industry Expertise: 15+ years of total supply chain/distribution experience, with deep expertise in regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device distribution (FMCG experience a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience managing multi-node networks, cold chain/temperature-sensitive products, 3PL management (RFPs, contracts, SLAs), and SAP enterprise systems (TMS/EWM).
  • Quality & Compliance: Strong working knowledge of cGMP, DSCSA serialization, track-and-trace requirements, and operational excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma certifications preferred).
  • Soft Skills & Mindset:Authentic, inclusive leader with an enterprise mindset, exceptional cross-functional communication skills, and a data-driven approach to solving complex operational challenges.


The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $232,900 - $432,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
