Requirement:US Courts - FSO Safety Station Support Analyst

Job Description: Forge is seeking a Consultant to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) in the Facilities and Security Office (FSO) - providing program management, collaboration, communication, and coordination in support of the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Judiciary Safety Station Program.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):
  • The analyst shall provide program management, collaboration, communication, and coordination with internal and external Safety Station stakeholders, guidance, and support in furtherance of Safety Station programmatic initiatives.
  • Safety Station Program support. Provide program support on the following:
  • Maintain equipment and program records.
  • Assist EMB staff with preparation of program communications, announcements and updates.
  • Interface with program vendor(s) as needed for Safety Station program support.
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to confirm receipt of requested/ordered equipment, answer questions, and provide information.
  • Use program dashboard to support data gathering and analytics.
  • Monitor program dashboard tools to ensure that the data is up-to-date and consistent in content and format.
  • Utilize program dashboard and system to receive requests and prepare orders to be placed with the vendor.
  • Develop briefing materials, including monthly program highlights.
  • Actively collaborate with EMB staff to maintain program situational awareness.
  • In collaboration with EMB, work with vendor to resolve customer issues.
  • Review and verify vendor invoices to ensure that invoices match services and equipment received.
  • Support EMB staff in monitoring the total amount of equipment requests, training enrollments, and associated costs.
  • Maintain a schedule of required reports.
  • Based on feedback and lessons learned, update report templates and recommend ways to improve, automate and streamline program processes and dashboard.
  • Assist EMB staff with identifying and tracking program risks.
  • Assist with meeting planning and documentation.
  • Assist with the development of meeting briefing materials - provide input on ways to improve the quality and content of materials.
  • Assist with the development of materials intended to document processes, lessons learned, best practices and inform process to stakeholders and customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years relevant work experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Highly Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in coordination and communication planning among stakeholders
  • Experience in dashboard management and reporting
  • Experience in providing guidance and support for strategic initiatives

Salary Range: $77,000 - $86,000 per year
