Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join busy and well-established urology program. This opportunity offers flexibility in practice structure, a collaborative team environment, and access to advanced technology including two da Vinci Xi surgical robots. Site offers academic engagement through its Internal Medicine and Psychiatry residency programs.
Practice Highlights:
- Choose between a hospital-employed position or private practice model
- Access to two da Vinci Xi surgical robots in a state-of-the-art facility opened in 2018
- Opportunity to develop a general or subspecialty-focused urology practice
- Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Call schedule: 10 days per month, primarily phone-only call
- Opportunity to participate in resident education and teaching
Compensation & Incentives:

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
