About the Position

Old Mission is recruiting for a University Recruiter to join our Chicago office. As a University Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent from universities and colleges to join Old Mission. You will serve as a brand ambassador on campus, building relationships with students, faculty, and career services offices to ensure a robust pipeline of talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by bringing in diverse perspectives and skill sets from the next generation of professionals. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs
  • Identify target schools and programs to focus recruitment efforts effectively
  • Serve as main point of contact for candidates during their interview process
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including campus events, job postings, social media, and referrals, to attract high-potential candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future recruitment strategies

Required Skills

Base Salary Range

$110,000 - $150,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees. For more information, reach out to your recruiter.
