Lead a Unit. Build a Team. Set the Standard.

This Role is for a True Nurse Leader.

Elderwood at Waverly is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead one of our nursing units within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role - ideal for a nurse who is confident in long-term care, comfortable leading teams with varying levels of experience, and committed to building consistency, accountability, and quality on the unit.

Why Elderwood at Waverly:
  • Established skilled nursing facility in the Southtowns
  • Leadership team focused on strengthening operations, staffing, and culture
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on team development and care quality
  • A role where your experience and leadership will be valued and relied upon
Who This Role is Ideal For:
  • A seasoned RN who prefers leadership over task-based nursing
  • A nurse who brings structure, calm, and consistency to their team

Why This Role Matters; this is not a maintenance role. You will:
  • Help stabilize and strengthen your unit team
