Position Overview: LaurelHurst Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while fostering an environment of teamwork and respect. Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Oversight:
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and best practices in patient care.
    • Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
    • Monitor and evaluate resident progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices in patient care.

    • Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns, share updates, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
