Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Oversight:

- Monitor and evaluate resident progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices in patient care.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns, share updates, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
