Responsibilities

  • Run discovery sessions with HR, payroll, operations, and finance leaders to map current processes.
  • Assess existing UKG Pro and Pro WFM configurations, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Translate union agreements and labor rules into clear design decisions for configuration.
  • Build project plans, estimate effort, and flag risks early for client awareness.
  • Configure UKG Pro HCM and WFM, including company setup, pay rules, and business rules.
  • Assist with the design and validation of integrations between HCM and WFM systems.
  • Lead data conversion, payroll testing, and user acceptance testing with clear criteria.
  • Train administrators and managers to ensure client ownership of the system from day one.
  • Tune configurations as business needs change, including new locations and policy updates.
  • Build reports and dashboards to help leaders act on labor cost and compliance data.

Full Job Description
We are seeking a unique and experienced UKG Full Suite Solution Consultant to join our team.

What You Will Do:

  • Run discovery sessions with HR, payroll, operations, and finance leaders to map current processes, policies, and pay practices.
  • Assess existing UKG Pro and Pro WFM configurations, identify gaps, and recommend what to fix, keep, or rebuild.
  • Translate union agreements, state labor rules, and company policy into clear design decisions before configuration starts.
  • Build project plans, estimate effort, and flag risks early so the client knows the real scope.
  • Configure UKG Pro HCM: company setup, org levels, jobs, earnings and deductions, tax setup, benefit plans, and business rules.
  • Configure UKG Pro WFM: pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, schedules, labor categories, attendance, and Advanced Scheduling.
  • Assist with the Design and validation of integrations between HCM and WFM, plus inbound and outbound feeds to GL, benefits carriers, and third-party systems.
  • Lead data conversion, payroll testing, and user acceptance testing with clear pass criteria.
  • Train administrators and managers so the client's team owns the system on day one.
  • Tune configurations as the business changes: new locations, acquisitions, policy updates, and UKG releases.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and audits that help leaders act on labor cost, overtime, and compliance data.
  • Spot opportunities for the client to get more from what they already own, and bring them forward with a clear recommendation.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with completing full implementations of UKG Workforce Central and/or at least 1 UKG PRO WFM/ HCM project live.
  • Certified in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) OR HCM.
  • End-to-end experience with the following Dimensions modules:
    • Timekeeping
    • Scheduler
  • Ability to assist with Business Structure Workshops in relation to Scheduling.
  • Completed UKG PRO WFM/HCM Partner/Employee training.
  • Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships. You are expected to WOW! the customer.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

What would make you an outstanding candidate:
  • UKG PRO WFM/ HCM certification.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Management optional.
  • Understanding of UKG Navigator, Paragon, and Launch methodology/tools.
