Our client relies on automation to keep critical business processes running around the clock. As UiPath Lead Developer, you will own the automation estate end to end and lead a team of three offshore developers who provide 24-hour support five days a week. You will be the senior technical anchor in Canada, giving the team structure, standards and clear direction. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, build and deployment of UiPath automations from requirements to production • Lead and mentor three offshore developers working across rotating support shifts • Administer UiPath Orchestrator, including queues, schedules, assets and robot management • Own production support through incident triage, root cause analysis and fixes • Set development standards, conduct code reviews and maintain support runbooks • Coordinate shift handovers to keep support continuous across time zones • Work with business stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritise new automation opportunities Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of RPA experience, including 3+ years hands-on with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework) • Experience leading or mentoring developers, ideally within a distributed team • Strong background in production support and troubleshooting of automations • Clear communication skills with both technical and business audiences • Ability to work Eastern Time business hours Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) • UiPath Advanced Developer certification • Exposure to Document Understanding, AI Center or API integrations • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
