If You're Drafted, You'll...- Design user interfaces across all of our platforms - iOS, Android, and Web - owning layout, typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy
- Create interface graphics, icons, illustrations, and digital visual assets that bring the product to life
- Produce promotional graphics, marketing banners, advertisements, social media assets, and branded creative materials
- Maintain and expand our design system and UI component library, prepping production-ready assets for engineering
- Participate in design critiques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on visual design initiatives.
- Develop visual concepts that improve usability while keeping the brand consistent, and show up for design critiques with multidisciplinary teams
We're Scouting For Team Players Who Have...- 1-3+ years of full-time Design experience
- A strong portfolio, deck, or sample work showcasing your passion and foundations in design
- Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
- Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and other partners to drive and influence our visual direction.
- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the fundamentals of UI, interaction and visual design.
- Expertise with or strong knowledge of design systems and related processes
Extra points if you...- Have a degree in one of the following majors or related fields: graphic design, web/ media design, UI/UX design or Information design

For this role in the greater Seattle area, a reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for full-time conversion is between $75,000 to $108,000. In addition to the base salary, this role will receive benefits + equity.
