Full Job Description
An employer in Aurora, CO is looking for a seasoned Site Manager to manage a moderate-risk Operations and Management contract supporting a secure US Government site. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. They will supervise and provide technical direction to internal employees as well as subcontracted employees in executing the facilities management program.

This is a full time, permanent salaried position posted at $200,000-$220,000/yr base salary. This person is a key personnel hire for the program and will directly interact with the end client. This role will sit 100% on site at Buckley, AFB.

Required Skills & Experience

Active TSSCI Clearance with a CI Poly

Construction or Plant Operations experience and background

Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope. This is a key contractual position and contingent on approval by the U.S. Government Contracting Officer

At least 4 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community

Experience supporting HSE initiatives

Familiarity with emergency response protocols

Familiarity with SAP, Costpoint, and AutoCAD or Maximo systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Program management experience or certification

Process improvement experience

experience managing Service Contract Act (SCA) employees
