Who you are: As a
Trust Operations Manager with Frost, you are our leader, ensuring your team has the necessary support and guidance to ensure a seamless trust experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of trust operations specialists. More than that, this role is about developing people and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do:- Ensures the area is adequately staffed and personnel are trained
- Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient
- Plans and schedules activities within the area, coordinates them with information systems and other operational units as required
- Resolves unusual or complex problems; conducts research projects on complex issues and reports findings to upper management
- Ensures operations are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Works closely with related trust personnel to ensure that their operational requirements are met
- Exercise the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:- 8+ years of trust operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
