Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in relevant field.
  • Education in, or experience with, machine learning.
  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.


About the job

As a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs and ecosystem success, you will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the broader ecosystem. You will act as the subject matter expert and specialist for Android developer verification and ecosystem programs such as registered app stores. You will handle complex, high-judgment disputes and manage quality frameworks for ecosystem operations, acting as a crucial bridge between policy and execution identifying friction points, refining standard operating procedures, and ensuring high standards for safety while maintaining a positive developer experience.
