What You Will Do:- Serve as the Tricentis Service Lead / Test Automation Platform Lead for the enterprise.
- Define and execute the Tricentis platform strategy and multi-year roadmap, including automation maturity and AI-enabled testing capabilities.
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of Tricentis across Enterprise Services (ES), the PST program, and Business Units (BUs).
- Establish governance, standards, operating models, and best practices for enterprise test automation.
- Harmonize and rationalize test automation frameworks, reusable assets, and processes across all organizations.
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence of the Tricentis ecosystem.
- Optimize enterprise licensing, vendor relationships, and consumption models to maximize business value and reduce costs.
- Define platform KPIs, service-level metrics, quality dashboards, and adoption targets.
- Partner with Enterprise Services, PST leadership, Business Units, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Lead enterprise prioritization, planning, governance reviews, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting for automation initiatives.
- Present platform strategy, investment recommendations, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
- Remove cross-functional roadblocks to enable strategic automation initiatives and accelerate platform adoption.
- Partner with Tricentis leadership on product roadmap, innovation, licensing, and enterprise initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement emerging capabilities including AI-driven testing, autonomous testing, and intelligent quality engineering.
- Establish Tricentis as the enterprise standard for quality engineering automation by driving adoption, standardization, and scalable process development across RTX.
Qualifications You Must Have:- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale test automation programs with strong technical understanding of Tricentis tools, platforms, and automation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute platform strategies, governance models, and operating frameworks.
- Experience partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead enterprise initiatives involving multiple organizations.
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics for platform or tooling adoption.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and optimize enterprise licensing models.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Experience implementing Tricentis in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Background in intelligent quality engineering, AI-driven testing, or autonomous testing approaches.
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation environments or enterprise architecture.
- Experience harmonizing automation frameworks, reusable asset libraries, or enterprise best practices.
- Prior leadership in platform scalability, security, or cross-enterprise operational excellence.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
