Trial Graphics Consultant
Location: New York, Washington, D.C., Austin, or Chicago (Hybrid)
This role plays a key part in supporting high-stakes litigation, arbitrations, and hearings by translating complex information into clear, compelling visual presentations.
This individual will provide both on-site and remote graphics support to legal teams and internal stakeholders, helping bring clarity and impact to case materials.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with legal teams to understand case strategy and translate complex concepts into effective visual graphics
• Design and produce high-quality visuals for trials, hearings, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to access and organize case materials including databases, images, and video content
• Coordinate with external vendors when specialized graphics or animations are needed
• Provide on-site support during trials and hearings as needed
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables
• Stay current on design trends and tools, particularly within legal visualization
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• High attention to detail with the ability to review and refine work for accuracy and quality
• Ability to provide recommendations and guidance on visual storytelling approaches
Preferred Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
• Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint are a plus
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• 2+ years of experience supporting legal graphics, with familiarity in legal terminology and concepts
• Experience working within a law firm, legal vendor, or similar environment preferred
Compensation:
$90,000 - $125,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
