  • What you'll be doing
    Join our Treasury Management team as a Treasury Management Sales Team Leader and Managing Director, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. As a leader, you'll guide a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets, while developing strategies to expand our client base and market presence. You'll build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial needs and delivering tailored treasury management solutions. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with partners across Treasury Management and Commercial Banking, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with client expectations. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of industry trends, and your insights will shape the direction of our business.     Team Leadership and Coaching - Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $220,000.00 - $245,000.00 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
