About this roleRole OverviewThis role sits within the Treasury Liquidity Management team in Dallas and is accountable for the processing, review, scrutiny and oversight of liquidity management activity across our private markets fund administration platform. Reporting into a Vice President, the Associate acts as the review and approval layer for daily liquidity monitoring, LP capital event working papers and notices, credit facility documentation and covenant compliance, ensuring liquidity is managed successfully for all client funds in line with SLAs and that external governance related to credit facilities is adhered to. All deliverables are subject to a minimum 4-eye review irrespective of processor, and the Associate is expected to own that layer - challenging inputs, validating calculations, evidencing controls and determining how cash shortfalls and excesses are resolved, whether through lending facilities, LP capital events or other available levers. The role extends beyond BAU: the Associate is also expected to oversee project and change activity, ensuring system, automation and process changes are tested, documented and embedded without weakening the control environment.
The ImpactLiquidity Management is central to what Treasury delivers for our clients. Understanding where clients have sufficient or insufficient cash to meet their obligations protects both client outcomes and reputation, and projecting future cash balances allows us to inform clients in a timely manner to ensure funding is in place. Equally, clients prefer not to sit on large cash balances, so identifying opportunities to distribute proceeds to investors promptly is just as important. As the reviewer, you are the last line of defense before work reaches the client desk - your scrutiny directly reduces rework, prevents delays and sustains client confidence, while your oversight of change activity ensures the platform scales without compromising control.
