About the Role

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of JSX's treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, escrow administration, merchant services, and treasury controls. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and external banking partners to ensure cash is managed efficiently, regulatory requirements are met, and treasury operations support the company's strategic objectives.

A Day in the Life

Every day is focused on protecting the company's financial position while ensuring efficient treasury operations and strong banking relationships. In this role, you'll:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for company banking partners and financial institutions.
  • Manage bank accounts, authorized signers, user access, and banking documentation.
  • Coordinate bank account openings, closures, maintenance, and other operational banking requests.
  • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across operating and escrow accounts.
  • Prepare short-term and rolling cash flow forecasts and liquidity reporting.
  • Monitor cash balances and proactively escalate liquidity risks or constraints to Finance leadership.
  • Oversee operational management of escrow accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Manage lease-related cash obligations, including rent payments, security deposits, and restricted cash associated with operating and real estate leases.
  • Ensure DOT Part 380 escrow activity complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation supporting escrow activity and restricted cash balances.
  • Manage relationships with merchant processors and payment service providers.
  • Monitor settlement timing, processing fees, chargebacks, and payment disputes in partnership with Accounting.
  • Support evaluations, implementations, or transitions of merchant processing platforms.
  • Execute treasury transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers within established approval limits.
  • Maintain treasury processes, internal controls, and supporting documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing treasury documentation and responding to audit requests.
  • Develop treasury dashboards and reporting for Finance leadership and executive management.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking, accounting, or a related finance function.
  • Experience managing cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, or treasury operations.
  • Experience preparing financial reporting and supporting internal or external audits.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in the airline, travel, hospitality, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with DOT Part 380 escrow requirements or similar regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing merchant processors, payment platforms, or treasury management systems.
  • Experience supporting lease accounting, restricted cash, or escrow administration.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury management software.
