The Impact you will have in this role:

The Treasury Digital Assets Associate supports all operational aspects of the company's digital asset activities within the Corporate Treasury Operations function. This role is responsible for the daily execution, trading, monitoring, reconciliation, and control of cryptocurrency and other blockchain-based assets across custody, settlement, liquidity, and reconciliation workflows.

The Associate partners closely with Treasury, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Tax, and external service providers (custodians, exchanges, etc) to ensure cryptocurrency transactions are processed accurately, securely, and in compliance with internal policies, regulatory obligations, and evolving business requirements. The Associate, working with Treasury Embedded Risk Managers, is responsible for maintaining a robust governance and control framework to support the firm's cryptocurrency management, trading strategies and staking compliance. The role combines traditional treasury operations discipline with emerging digital asset expertise.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies for digital asset wallet management, trading & hedging, staking and reconciliation
  • Execute digital asset transactions, including on-chain transfers, exchange settlements and staking related activities
  • Monitor transaction lifecycles across blockchains, custodians and exchanges; investigate and resolve exception items
  • Administer digital asset wallets and custody accounts, including address management, access controls, key management and approval workflows
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations between blockchains, custodians, exchanges and general ledger balances
  • Monitor liquidity and funding across wallets and blockchains, including rebalancing to ensure appropriate safekeeping and operational readiness for trading and payment of gas fees
  • Produce and maintain reporting on positions, flows, fees and exposures by asset type, wallet and counterparty
  • Support onboarding, integration and ongoing oversight of digital asset service providers
  • Establish and document governance and control framework and perform routine management testing to ensure effectiveness of the control environment
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, control testing and operational reviews

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields (or equivalent degree/experience) required

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
