What You Will DoAscension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking to add a specialized Women's Heart APP to our team to drive targeted cardiac care across our regional outreach clinics.
- Join an established team of 17 physicians and 10 APPs
- Call structure: Not required
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Access to: Support staff
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Manage specialized outpatient clinics dedicated to female-specific cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy.
- Partner closely with general cardiologists, and OB/GYNs to build seamless referral pathways.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
