ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. As an Assistant Superintendent ,you will lead site activities from start to finish. You will be responsible for ground up commercial, industrial, hospitality, or sports/entertainment venue projects. You will be responsible for supervising self-perform crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and collaborating closely with project managers to deliver exceptional projects that reflect ARCO/Murray's commitment to excellence.

Typical base compensation for the Superintendent role is between $110,000 and $160,000. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
A DAY IN THE LIFE- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks from start to completion
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Regional travel to projects to be on-site as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and worker safety
- Identify and resolve construction-related problems efficiently
- Advanced proficiency in tool usage and safety practices
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS - Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role on-site for indoor/outdoor pools, amenity spaces, and/or commercial kitchens or bars is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements & calculations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds & work in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel as needed
- OSHA construction safety certification preferred
- Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints
- Excellent teamwork & communication skills.
