This leader will play a key role in implementing the regional growth strategy, expanding market share, ensuring technical excellence, and representing TYLin through industry engagement and thought leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional registration preferred.
- Approximately 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or the public sector, including leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Established relationships within the Southern California transportation market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $216,000 - $240,000 annually for this position and local market.
