We are looking for our next
Transportation Analyst within our Supply Chain Team. The
Transportation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving supply chain performance across demand planning, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, customer care, and planning processes. This role transforms data into actionable insights, supports operational decision-making, identifies improvement opportunities, and drives initiatives that improve service, inventory, cost, and working capital performance.

Compensation: The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $82,995 - 110,007. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
What You'll Do: - Analyze supply chain performance and develop recommendations to improve service, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and planning effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting for supply chain leadership.
- Monitor inventory levels, inventory health, and working capital metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support demand, supply, and inventory planning processes through data analysis and scenario modeling.
- Evaluate customer service, OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and other key metrics.
- Perform root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, shortages, excess inventory, and service failures.
- Support S&OP / IBP processes through reporting, data preparation, and executive insights.
- Partner with transportation, warehouse, procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams to improve performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP, planning, and reporting systems.
- Work across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons.
- Balance service, cost, inventory, and working capital objectives.
- Operate in a dynamic environment requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Regularly interact with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives.
What You'll Need: Education: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field.
Experience: - Minimum : 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, analytics, operations, or related field.
- Preferred : 3-5 years of progressive supply chain analysis experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives
