Transformation Reporting Analyst

Description

The Transformation Reporting Analyst helps shape how Global Professional Services makes decisions and delivers change. In this role, you will lead reporting strategy, data governance, analytics, and AI enablement initiatives that support GPS transformation priorities across delivery, sales governance, compliance, and operational excellence. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable reporting, data, and AI solutions that improve decision-making and business outcomes across a global organization.

This is a senior individual contributor role that combines business architecture, analytics strategy, and applied AI innovation. You will partner closely with transformation leaders, delivery teams, developers, and AI specialists to modernise reporting capabilities, expand data-driven decision making, and identify new opportunities for AI-powered automation and insight generation.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Experience leading enterprise reporting, analytics, transformation operations, portfolio governance, or related business initiatives within a complex organization.
  • Experience designing and delivering reporting, dashboard, data model, or analytics solutions that enable business decision-making and operational performance management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience designing reporting architectures, dashboards, data models, or analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
• Experience translating stakeholder requirements into reporting, analytics, data, or technology solutions.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms including Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience designing, implementing, or leading AI-enabled business solutions, automation initiatives, or advanced analytics use cases.
• Business analysis, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience collaborating across technical and business teams within a global, cross-functional environment.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the applicable hiring country without requiring sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Copilot, Claude, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI platforms.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, agentic AI solutions, automation capabilities, or large-scale insight-generation solutions.
  • Experience supporting professional services, project delivery, PMO, sales operations, compliance, or enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably within a global organization.
  • Experience with enterprise business platforms such as Salesforce, Certinia (FinancialForce), PSA systems, or comparable CRM/ERP/professional services technologies.
  • Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
