The Senior Data & Reporting Professional supports the Michigan Integrated Long-Term Services and Supports (MI LTSS) program through advanced analytics, operational reporting, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance reporting, and strategic data management. You will transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights that support program oversight, state contract compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and executive decision-making. Your work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will work independently, exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, and begin to influence departmental strategy.
The Senior Data & Reporting Professional partners closely with LTSS Care Management, Utilization Management, Quality, Finance, Compliance, Provider Operations, and Market Leadership to monitor program performance, identify operational opportunities, and support achievement of LTSS program requirements.
- Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards supporting the MI LTSS program.
- Integrate and validate data from multiple systems, including care management platforms, quality monitoring tools, provider networks, claims data, assessment systems, and regulatory reporting sources.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports supporting operational performance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic program planning.
- Monitor LTSS performance indicators including Health Risk Assessments, InterRAI assessments, Nursing Facility Level of Care Determination (NFLOCD) completion, Person-Centered Service Plans, Integrated Care Team (ICT) participation, HCBS utilization, care management productivity, and state quality measures.
- Support ongoing monitoring of LTSS contractual requirements through development of compliance and performance reporting tools.
- Partner with LTSS leadership to identify emerging trends, operational risks, barriers to performance, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop executive summaries and presentations communicating program performance and strategic recommendations.
- Support state audits, readiness reviews, corrective action plans, and regulatory inquiries through data analysis and reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding LTSS operational reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of healthcare analytics, reporting, managed care, population health, Medicaid, or related healthcare experience.
- Experience working with large, complex healthcare and operational datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including dashboard development, data modeling, and advanced reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare, business, analytics, or public health discipline.
- Experience supporting LTSS, HCBS Waiver, Medicaid, D-SNP, HIDE, FIDE, or integrated care programs.
- Advanced SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or business intelligence tool experience.
- Knowledge of Michigan SNP contract requirements and LTSS operations.
Additional Information
- Workstyle: This is a remote position.
- Typical Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$73,400 - $100,100 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
