Description
The Senior Director Agentic Ecosystem ensures Infor's ecosystem AI and agentic capabilities are accretive to Infor's ambition to become the most interoperable, AI-ready enterprise platform in the market, and aligned to Infor's Cloud vision. This role is accountable for shaping, activating, and scaling the partner capabilities, commercial structures, and go-to-market motions required to turn ecosystem innovation into measurable growth, quantifiable customer outcomes, and competitive differentiation.
The scope includes, but is not limited to, leading the agentic growth and maturity program for Infor's ecosystem. This includes designing and executing programs that advance new commercial models, pricing and packaging approaches, partner value propositions, GTM assets, sales alignment, and field activation. The role will work across product, strategy, enablement, license and partner sales, marketing, finance, legal, operations and with Partners to ensure Infor's ecosystem-led AI and agentic capabilities are commercially viable, technically credible, and delivering quantifiable value - measured through Partner-led software license growth and customer adoption.
Success requires strong stakeholder identification and management, executive-level communication, commercial experience, and a transformation mindset. The role requires a vertical skill set that ranges from hands-on tactical project management to credible executive engagement, with the ability to operate fluidly across strategic, commercial, operational, and field-facing contexts. The role must be able to align cross-functional leaders around emerging partner opportunities, translate agentic and AI market shifts into practical ecosystem programs, and drive disciplined execution from strategy through commercialization and scale.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
• Own and drive cross-functional execution of ecosystem AI and agentic capabilities from concept through launch and scale.
• Translate strategy into integrated program designs, implementation plans, launch milestones, governance, risks, decision points, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive execution clarity across product, strategy, sales, marketing, legal, finance, operations, enablement, and ecosystem teams by establishing clear ownership, decision rights, governance structures, and delivery accountability.
• Shape commercial structures, pricing and packaging approaches, partner value propositions, GTM assets, sales alignment, and field activation required to move ecosystem initiatives from ideation through pilot to scale.
• Influence senior stakeholders, frame trade-offs, and communicate with executives to keep decisions and execution moving.
• Deliver ecosystem initiatives that drive partner-led software license growth, consumption, customer adoption, ecosystem coverage, and competitive differentiation.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in partner ecosystems, ISV ecosystems, enterprise software, strategic program management, go-to-market strategy, and technology partnerships.
• Experience designing, implementing, and launching cross-functional programs in complex enterprise technology environments, with strong project management discipline, stakeholder management, milestone execution, and executive accountability.
• Ecosystem experience, including ISVs, partner program design, go-to-market motions, partner enablement, sales alignment, and ecosystem-led growth models.
• Experience shaping partner value propositions, GTM motions, pricing, packaging, and commercial model development.
• Experience with AI and agentic capabilities, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, implementation models, and technology adoption dynamics.
