We are seeking a highly capable PMO Operations Manager to help drive delivery excellence for Transcend, a global transformation program focused on standardizing ways of working and consolidating seven ERP systems into one S/4 HANA platform supporting the Innovative Medicine business. In this role, you will manage day-to-day PMO operations across a sophisticated, multi-release program environment, leading planning, governance coordination, risk management, reporting, and decision-support processes that enable successful execution at scale. You will work closely with Global Program Managers and cross-functional business and technology leaders to maintain alignment, transparency, and operational rigor, while helping shape practical recommendations and advancing critical issues where appropriate.
