Ready to grow our Transactional FX business across the Americas?

The Role

As a TFX Solutions Specialist for the Americas you'll help execute our growth strategy for Transactional FX as part of the wider PFS group (Payments and Foreign Exchange Solutions). Working closely with regional and global colleagues you'll build market awareness, develop a strong client pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable volumes and profitability. This role partners across Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Global Payment Solutions (GPS) as well as Foreign Exchange Sales and Transactional FX product stakeholders. Success means measurable growth in Transactional FX volumes, increased wallet share with existing clients and consistently strong client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Execute the Americas growth strategy for Transactional FX in partnership with regional and global TFX teams
  • Outline the PFS strategy to key stakeholders across Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Global Payment Solutions (GPS)
  • Serve as the Transactional FX subject matter expert for internal product and sales stakeholders to strengthen awareness and pipeline
  • Originate new Transactional FX client relationships alongside GPS and Foreign Exchange Sales teams to increase market share
  • Negotiate and close new business by converting sales opportunities into active client mandates
  • Coordinate onboarding for mandated Transactional FX opportunities across the region
  • Provide structured feedback to TFX product development to support a cohesive, market-leading client service
  • Coordinate with global counterparts to align priorities and execute a consistent regional go-to-market approach

What we're looking for
  • Bring substantial Transactional FX and FX market experience within the Americas region across relevant industry segments
  • Demonstrate success building and managing a client pipeline that results in client acquisition and growth
  • Show experience operating in a multi-stakeholder, multi-buying-group sales environment
  • Apply knowledge of the payments landscape within the Americas region
  • Navigate contractual and legal processes effectively including the interface between legal and commercial teams
  • Partner closely with sales and support teams to move opportunities from origination through onboarding
  • Apply working knowledge of technology solutions and how systems translate into business value delivery
  • Operate effectively within the regional arm of a global business while factoring in local and global regulatory considerations
