We're looking for a transactional attorney to join our real estate, business, and construction practice. You'll be the person clients call when a deal needs to be reviewed, drafted, negotiated, and closed. You read a contract the way a chess player reads the board - already a few moves ahead. You think strategically about asset protection and structure, and you know how to get the best outcome while keeping the deal aligned with what the client actually wants. The clients we serve are business owners, investors, developers, and lenders working on deals in the multi-million dollar range. They're counting on you to help them build something - and you won't be watching from the sidelines. You'll be one of the people making it happen.
