JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a prominent southeastern law firm with a nationwide practice, is seeking a qualified Transactional Lawyer to join its Charlotte office.

Responsibilities primarily involve representing capital providers in their debt and equity investment activities. Typical transactions include representing lenders in lending transactions, alternative investment vehicles in debt and equity investments, and private equity fund investors in control and growth equity investments. This role involves working across the capital structure, representing both equity and debt investors, as well as portfolio companies in acquisition, sell-side, and financing activities.

Preferred candidates would have three to six years of transactional experience, ideally with experience in finance or corporate transactions. Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
