JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced commercial lending lawyer for its entertainment finance practice. Position will be located in our Charlotte or Atlanta office.

Preferred candidates would have a minimum of three years of commercial lending experience, a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and acquisition finance transactions and an interest in music and film finance. Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required. Competitive compensation package includes full benefits.
