A Day in the LifeA typical day as a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate might include:
- Conduct company-specific financial due diligence as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions.
- Assist in preparation of financial models, due diligence and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal.
- Assist in standardizing models, processes and procedures.
- Interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence.
- Determine the scope of the next project.
- Attend regional and local networking events to promote Eide Bailly.
Who You Are - You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
- You are inquisitive and have an ability to work through complex accounting and operational topics impacting business.
- You demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service.
- You can see the big picture and have a keen ability to perform analytics and see opportunities in the details.
- You are able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality work.
- You have begun to create, or are interested in creating a professional network related to transaction advisory, private equity, and/or investment bankers.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Compensation: $90,000-$125,000Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
