Responsibilities of the Training Supervisor:- Create a bootcamp Training (theory and hands on) starting with Mount and Wire and Coils Brazing.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, temp employees.
- Track 30-60-90 day training completion and close attention to new employees.
- Collaborate with HR and operations to improve employee retention by identify training skill gaps with existing employees and increase employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software.
- Content Development Training
- Recertification by job class and area.
- Individual performance tracking
- Up to date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
- Supervises operations trainers within a manufacturing environment.
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.

SALARY RANGE: $85,200 - $127,800 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
