In the Edmonton region we have manufacturing facilities in Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Nisku.
Job Summary

The Maintenance technician position is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and upkeep of fabrication CNC and welding equipment across our manufacturing plants in the Edmonton area. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on fabrication CNC and robotic welding equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in automated machinery.
  • Follow up the implementation of reliability strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce failures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment functionality and support manufacturing goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reliability metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Payment Rate:
  • This a full-time permanent opportunity with benefits, pension contribution and paid OT.
  • The role will start paying at $40/hr - $42/hr based on the experience.
  • The role will be located at our Nisku facility.
