Description

  • Analyzing training needs of managements and/or customer
  • Gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing discussions to derive loosely defined requirements while designing and developing training programs to meet technical training needs and problems
  • Planning, evaluating, organizing, and developing training curricula and materials to meet specific training needs
  • Reviewing and analyzing Fleet training policy and standards
  • Monitoring and recommending changes to organizational and programmatic process and procedures that align to fleet training policy and standards
  • Planning, developing and delivering instruction and guidance to trainers
  • Providing technical guidance for project team
  • Organizing, coordinating, and facilitating training during introduction of new courses
  • Maintaining record of training activities and participant progress
  • Developing surveys for target audience to assist in the monitoring of the effectiveness of the programs

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of military experience
  • Experience in conducting fleet training analyses and developing training required for roles involving instructional design

  • Bachelor's degree in English or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, manage multiple priorities, and present information effectively
  • High analytical skills, leadership skills, and problem-solving skills are also important
