Full Job Description
Position Summary

ECS is seeking a Training Coordinator - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program by leading the coordination and execution of enterprise training delivery events. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that training operations are effectively managed across multiple locations and delivery modalities. This position is integral to maintaining alignment with the Enterprise Training Plan and ensuring that training resources are optimally utilized to support ARNG's mission readiness.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of training events across various locations, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Training Plan.
  • Oversee class scheduling, instructor assignments, and logistical planning for both CONUS and OCONUS training engagements.
  • Coordinate with government site leads and ARNG stakeholders to ensure facilities, systems access, and training environments are prepared and compliant.
  • Monitor and analyze class performance metrics to support reporting to enterprise leadership.
  • Ensure concurrent class execution is properly resourced and mission-aligned.
  • Validate readiness of training facilities and environments in collaboration with training centers and stakeholders.
  • Support the compilation of training effectiveness data for executive-level reporting.


Required Qualifications

  • S. Citizenship required
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in coordinating and executing enterprise training programs within DoD or Federal environments
  • Proven experience in leading training delivery events across multiple locations and modalities
