Qualifications

• Secret clearance eligibility required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in coordinating enterprise training programs within DoD or Federal environments
• Experience leading training delivery events across multiple locations and modalities
• Skilled in overseeing class scheduling and instructor assignments
• Ability to analyze class performance metrics for executive reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of training events, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Training Plan.
• Oversee class scheduling and logistical planning for CONUS and OCONUS training engagements.
• Coordinate with government site leads and stakeholders to ensure training environments are ready and compliant.
• Monitor and analyze class performance metrics for enterprise leadership reporting.
• Ensure proper resourcing for concurrent class execution to align with mission goals.
• Validate readiness of training facilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Compile training effectiveness data for executive-level reporting.
