Position SummarySURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a
Training and Development Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Training and Development Manager - Working onsite at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), the Training and Development Manager will:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of cyber training programs and events.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and outside organizations to identify training requirements and develop effective training objectives.
- Develop and coordinate training schedules, materials, and resources.
- Assist in the development of realistic operational scenarios to support cyber training objectives.
- Support the integration of technologies, networking, cellular systems, and infrastructure into training environments.
Minimum Qualifications of Training and Development Manager High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
Desired Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
- Minimum 5 years of supervising experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a leadership team and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective traing objectives.
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios.
- Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
