This position is fully onsite at our Santa Ana office, allowing for real-time teamwork, immediate problem-solving, and a strong sense of community among our team members.

Who You Are

We are seeking a Training & Content Manager to join our Learning & Development team to serve as a key contributor to the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of PRP's training programs and learning initiatives.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Learning & Development, this new role will support established programs while creating, building, and maintaining learning content and resources. The role will primarily focus on Candidate Training, New Hire Training, and Learning Content Development, with additional L&D projects as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys facilitating, creating, and building. They can confidently step into existing programs, deliver and enhance training, and turn information into clear, engaging learning resources.

What You Will Do

Training Facilitation & Candidate/New Hire Support:
• Facilitate engaging training sessions using clear instruction, practical examples, activities, and opportunities for skill practice.
• Own day-to-day delivery and coordination of new-hire onboarding and classroom training, including onboarding support, refresher sessions, and follow-up training.
• Deliver structured candidate-training sessions that prepare candidates to complete PRP's presentation-based assessment process.

Learning Content & Process Documentation:
• Create and update training materials, handouts, guides, presentations, microlearning, and other learning resources that support established programs and business needs.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to gather information and ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and effective.
• Create, document, and communicate standard operating procedures and related process-training materials.

Program Administration & LMS Support:
• Coordinate training schedules, participants, materials, rooms, and follow-up activities to ensure programs are delivered effectively.
• Track completion, attendance, and other program information needed to support reliable training administration and reporting.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, including building and updating pages, organizing content for easy access and use, troubleshooting technical issues, and auditing resources for accuracy and relevance.

Continuous Improvement & L&D Project Support:
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements to increase knowledge retention and business impact.
• Support additional learning and development initiatives and priorities as assigned by the Associate Director of Learning & Development.

What You Need
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, facilitation, instructional design, onboarding, or a related role.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training for new hires, employees, or candidates is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with WordPress is preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites and organizing learning resources to enhance accessibility, usability, and employee engagement.
• Ability to build clear, practical training content, presentations, job aids, facilitator guides, and learning resources.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, subject matter experts, and employees across functions and levels.
• Comfort using learning management systems, presentation tools, and e-learning or content-development platforms.
• Ability to incorporate feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain high standards for accuracy and consistency.
• An energetic, approachable facilitation style and a genuine interest in helping others learn and succeed.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $95,000.00-$115,000.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
