Job Title
Training Advisor

What does a successful Training Advisor do at Fiserv?
You will provide insightful and effective learning experiences for Fiserv's SMS Partner organizations. You will review and enhance the components of learning programs including facilitation, logistics, content, curriculum, and evaluation. You will partner with internal and external leaders and various stakeholders to ensure programs you manage are aligned to Merchant Solutions' business objectives.

What you will do:
  • Design, develop and facilitate onboarding and continuing education programs for SMS Partner organizations
  • Partner with product, process & sales enablement subject matter experts to ensure continuous updates to all content within new partner and continuing education programs
  • Develop digital content and assets to enhance learning
  • Evaluate program feedback and align results via performance consulting with Sales/Service bank leadership and other stakeholders
  • Drive strategic outcomes aligned to key segment initiatives for desired competencies and skills


What you will need to have:
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial/Merchant Services or industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing, HR, Education) or equivalent work experience


What would be great to have:
  • Experience with LMS
  • Knowledgeable SharePoint administrator
  • Formal facilitation certifications by accredited vendors
  • Software sales and/or product management experience
  • Experience working with the Clover solution
  • Experience/knowledge in merchant service sales process, tools, systems & products


Salary Range
$82,500.00 - $132,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
