Position Summary The Training & Adoption Manager is responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that enable successful adoption of digital solutions across Daiichi Sankyo's Digital Strategy & Innovation portfolio. This role partners closely with change managers, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging learning programs, knowledge management resources, and adoption reinforcement strategies.
Beyond traditional training, this individual serves as the owner of the end-user learning experience and continuous adoption.
Primary Responsibilities Training Strategy - Conduct learning needs analyses.
- Develop role-based learning strategies.
- Design training curricula and learning paths.
- Build training roadmaps aligned to project milestones.
Learning Development - Create instructor-led and virtual training materials.
- Develop job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and eLearning content.
- Support learning management system administration and reporting.
- Maintain knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Teams.
Adoption & Reinforcement - Measure training effectiveness.
- Develop reinforcement campaigns.
- Coordinate office hours and coaching sessions.
- Track adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications - 5-8 years of training, learning, or organizational change experience.
- Experience developing enterprise training programs.
- Strong instructional design skills.
- Experience creating digital learning content.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
- Life Sciences experience preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.
