Our Los Angeles, California team has an excellent opportunity for a Trading Analyst. This person is expected to define and manage the account trading process, focusing on efficiency and accuracy using Orion and Eclipse software and knowledge of securities trading. The Trading Analyst also contributes to the managed portfolios by monitoring the portfolios and current investments. We're looking for someone with a passion for trading and sees a long-term career doing this type of work.
This is a fully remote position. We're looking for someone available Monday-Friday from 6:30am-1:30pm pacific (9:30am-4:30pm eastern).
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible to participate in the discretionary team bonus plan. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $57,750.00 to $126,900.00. However, the base salary range bolded above ($100,000.00 to $130,000.00) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
