JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Trade Finance Client and Sales Manager in Trade and Working Capital, you will assume responsibility for the management of a client portfolio centered around a sub-set of active Supply Chain Finance customers. The legacy North America Supply Chain Finance Program Management team has recently expanded its remit to include both the management of existing Supply Chain Finance programs, as well as the cross-sell of other Trade & Working Capital products (Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Letters of Credit, etc.) into the existing Trade client population. You will design a comprehensive client engagement and program execution strategy for the assigned portfolio and will be responsible for driving asset and revenue ramp through the identification of both organic and strategic growth opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work within a tight knit, collaborative team environment, as well as with both internal and external partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports asset and revenue growth by assisting in SCF program ramp, supplier enrollment, and execution of key client initiatives
  • Identifies opportunities to expand Trade & Working Capital solutions within existing client portfolios by building a working understanding of client needs and product applicability
  • Partners with senior team members to manage Trade client relationships, contributing to day-to-day coverage and coordinated delivery across multiple products
  • Contributes to client engagement plans aligned to strategic priorities and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring follow-through on defined goals
  • Assists in analyzing client performance trends to help inform execution strategies and identify areas for growth or optimization
  • Supports origination efforts by collaborating with Trade Sales on client outreach, meetings, and RFP responses
  • Monitors credit facility usage and works with internal partners (e.g., Distribution) to help ensure capital is aligned to client needs
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams (Sales, Banking, Credit, Legal, Operations, Product) to address client requests and drive execution
  • Contributes to technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall operating model
  • Supports program expansion and supplier onboarding activities, including coordination with regional partners
  • Participates in ad hoc and stretch projects focused on driving incremental growth and improving efficiencies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of client coverage experience
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables within a timely fashion
  • Positive, results oriented thinker with propensity for new idea generation
  • Competitive and independently driven to consistently outperform expectations (of both internal stakeholders and clients)
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills with comfort leading interactive client discussions
