As a Trade Surveillance Manager, you will oversee the day to day execution of trade and communications surveillance activities with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, market integrity, and conduct risk management. You will lead and perform in depth investigations into potentially suspicious non exchange traded (OTC) commodities activity, assess regulatory risk and policy adherence, and ensure findings are appropriately escalated and remediated. You will serve as a key escalation point for complex or high risk matters, providing expert guidance to junior surveillance staff and ensuring investigations meet regulatory expectations for quality, documentation, and timeliness. In close partnership with regional and global Compliance teams, you will help deliver consistent and defensible surveillance coverage aligned with regulatory obligations and internal standards.

- 6-8 years of experience in commodities and energy markets, with a strong focus on OTC trading, market conduct, and regulatory compliance risk
- In depth understanding of market abuse and manipulation risks, relevant regulations, internal policies, and expected compliance controls across trading, booking, and client interactions
- Demonstrated experience in trade surveillance, investigations, and regulatory frameworks applicable to commodities markets (e.g., CFTC, FERC, exchange rules, or equivalent international regimes)
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret surveillance alerts, analyze trading and communications data, reconstruct trades, and assess conduct against regulatory requirements
