Full Job Description
Total Kit Management - Program Focal lll - Project/Program Management (TKM) (B3)

Job Description: The TKM program focal will manage all aspects of the onsite TKM operations including overseeing logistical operations of the onsite kit movements, capturing and tracking issues, reporting all aspects of the TKM program to management, and managing customer escalations with the support of the onsite management team.

Job duties:
  • Manage program health
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate internal groups such as:
    • Logistics
    • Operations
    • Purchasing
    • Quality
  • Meet with the customer and assist with Customer Portal training
  • Ensure quality issues are reported timely and accurately
  • Assist the customer with TKM transactions as needed
  • Perform transaction reversals as needed
  • Utilize existing dashboards to track program health
  • Report on program performance with respect to high quality and ready to use kits are available, when needed, to meet customer demand
  • Analyze kit demand and vs. kits on hand
  • Make seedstock recommendations to management as needed
  • Manage Bill-of-Material changes
  • Chair regular meetings to with internal and external stakeholders

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
